Delivery notification
Shipping details will be sent via the website. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an order confirmation on placing your orders, or a note re shipping within 3 working days of placing your order.
What will delivery cost me?
We charge $10 shipping to the North Island & $12 shipping to the South Island.
Do you deliver to rural areas?
Yes, we deliver rurally. For NZ orders, there is no extra charge for Rural Deliveries.
International Shipping – Outside of New Zealand
International Shipping is constantly changing. There may be some shipping options with Internatinal orders. We reserve the right to contact you if there has been any signficant change to these price guidelines. Please contact us for a quote if you have ain international shipping Inquiry.
How will my order be delivered?
We generally use a non-signature tracked courier service for all our standard deliveries within New Zealand. Please note a safe place where you would like your parcel left, or if you prefer your package to be sent ‘signature required’, please note this in your delivery instructions.
Cot mattresses are delivered using a professional furniture removals service. The prices quoted on this website are exclusive of delivery fees for cot mattresses. If you wish to purchase a cot mattress, please contact us contact us for a quote prior to purchase.
We don’t allow collections from our premises unless by prior arrangement.
What are delivery times?
We dispatch your order within 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday). Please allow 5 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays) for delivery. If a standard order is going to take longer than this, we will contact you.
Cot mattresses are delivered using professional furniture removals service. We strive to deliver within 3- 5 days of your order being completed in the factory.

Can you process urgent deliveries?
If your order is particularly urgent or you require weekend delivery, please contact us to discuss what is possible and note this on your order. There may be urgent options available for an additional charge (eg Saturday delivery).
Where is my order?
If you have ordered something from Natural Sleep Shop and it has not arrived, please contact us and we will investigate for you. We use tracking numbers on all orders so can trace your order’s progress online at any time.
